Celebrate Valentine’s Day early.  Join us at  Rooster’s: A Noble Grille in Winston-Salem on Saturday,February, 4th at 5:30p for an incredible truffle and wine experience. Chef John Bobby has partnered upwith the North American Truffle Growers’ Association to bring you four memorable courses featuringfresh black winter truffles, including:
pork rinds, truffle salt, beer cheesegougeres, sea salt, truffle honeysmoked truffle trout dip, gaufrettes
First Course
Rye Toast toasted chickpeas, pea shoots, pink peppercorns, pickled ramps,petite herbs, whipped brown butter, truffles
Second Course
Porcini Gnocchi oxtail, crispy mushrooms, creama, candied shallots, ricotta salata,crunchies, winter greens, truffles
Third Course
