"I was thirsty and you gave me
something to drink."
Le Premier Miracle wine is a custom pinot noir produced exclusively to support the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Dream Center, a 501(c)3 organization devoted to giving hope to the hopeless in Charlotte. Every purchase of Le Premier Miracle will provide $1 to the mission of the Dream Center.
When chef and pastor Jim Noble opened the King's Kitchen in the heart of Uptown in 2010, the restaurant's mission was to provide job training, mentoring and discipleship to the otherwise unemployable in the city all while feeding the hungry on the streets and serving old-world Southern cuisine of the quality patrons had come to expect from a Noble's restaurant.
The King's Kitchen's work revealed that the needs across our city are still greater, which is where the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Dream Center steps in, to maximize the assistance given to those in need. The Dream Center will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide assistance for every need and give hope to those who are hopeless by partnering with local businesses, ministries, and non-profits.
Giving hope to the hopeless.
At The Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center, our multifaceted vision includes meeting immediate physical needs, job-related rehabilitation, spiritual nurturing, and whole life transformation. The Center is a member of the Dream Center Network founded by the passion of Pastor Tommy Barnett, and his son Matthew in Los Angeles, CA twenty years ago. Network members work together with centers from across the United States to reach people and see the incredible transformation in peoples' lives.
In the Fall of 2014 the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center was formed and a team of volunteers are on a quest to find an Uptown Charlotte building to host our mission of meeting the spiritual and physical needs of those who need it most in our city.
