Meet Cody Suddreth


Cody has only been a member of the Noble Food & Pursuits team for a matter of months, but emulates our spirit through and through. He started at the South Park location of Rooster's Wood-Fired Kitchen 7 months ago and has recently moved over to help us as the Executive Chef of the kitchen at the King's Kitchen and Bakery.

In support of the King's Kitchen & Bakery mission to provide service beyond the table, Cody is working hard to create daily menus as well as a welcoming culture for all of our guests, volunteers, friends of the king and program members.

Associate in Applied Science in Culinary technology

Favorite thing about your restaurant?

The regulars and great conversations with our guests.

What are you most passionate about as it relates to your job?

Supporting local farmers and letting their hard work inspire mine.

What is your favorite part of the meal?

Charcuterie/cheese board.

Best piece of advice Chef Jim Noble has shared with you?

Let the ingreidents shine, don't try to disguise them.

Best work accomplishment?

Organizing and putting together a wine dinner with Chef Phil.

Favorite thing to do on the weekend?

I cook all weekend, so making delicious food.
