2 Napkin BLT

If spring is green, summer is red. Capitalizing on one of the souths most beloved ingredients, the tomato, our chefs pile them high (whatever variety is freshest that day) on this classic and addicting combination of flavors.


2 slices wheat bread
1/2 cup mayo
4 pieces of bacon
2 heirloom tomatoes
2 slices cheddar cheese
iceberg lettuce
2 napkins


Toast slices of wheat bread. Spread mayo on both pieces of bread. Cut bacon in half and split evenly on each slice of bread. Thickly cut 4 slices of seasoned heirloom tomatoes. Add slices cheddar cheese. Top with iceberg lettuce. Cut sandwich according to preference. Enjoy.
